The binder is printable and editable. You can print it out and fill it in by hand… or fill in the information and save it to your computer. The files are yours to print as often as you’d like. PDF Files are a fantastic way to purchase something like this. There are no shipping costs, the files are delivered almost immediately, and you can print as many copies as you’d like (for your own personal use). If you ever need refill pages, you just need to open up your files and print more of what you need. This is also great if you move…or if you change utility providers, etc.
You will need Adobe Reader to access and print these files. If you do not have this, you can easily download it free from the internet.
