This week’s prompt:

BFFs

This weeks prompt couldn’t have been any easier… These three have been BFF’s for quite some time now. They {love} each other. In fact, one of my favorite memories is of my little one watching Noggin and listening to Laurie Berkner sing “My Family.” Half way through the song I heard, “Mommy… are [they] in my family because they are in my heart?!” So cute!!! And of course, my answer was YES! They are definitely {family}.

When the girls were younger we all lived in the same town. We saw each other almost daily, whether it was at the park, playdates or even at the store. A couple of years ago, we both moved out-of-town… Us to the shore, and them to the suburbs. However, the girls made us promise that we’d still see each other {all the time}. I think we’ve been pretty good about it. We make it a priority to get together as often as possible. Not to mention that they are old enough to {chat} on the phone. (& can I just say it is SO adorable to listen to them… they talk about everything and always end with an “I love you and I miss you!”)

Luckily, I think the bond is there for {life}…
